These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jihost ("jihost", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jihost.co and all associated subdomains. jihost operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). 1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the jihost platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered players of jihost.
By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", "I Agree", or any equivalent affirmation during the registration process, or by using the jihost platform in any manner after these Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. If you are accessing the jihost platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, though jihost notes that account sharing is prohibited under Section 5.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jihost platform. This requirement reflects the minimum legal age for participation in PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities in the Philippines. jihost strictly enforces this requirement and has zero tolerance for underage gambling.
3.2 Location Requirement
The jihost platform is licensed by PAGCOR to serve players physically located in the Philippines. Access to jihost from outside the Philippines may be restricted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of jihost is lawful in your jurisdiction at the time of access.
3.3 Age Verification Process
jihost performs age and identity verification ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal from a player account. 4 Account Registration & KYC
4.1 Single Account Rule
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jihost account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details, constitute a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, jihost will suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses and bets, and apply any remaining balance in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. jihost uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
4.3 KYC Verification
jihost is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (RA 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by jihost for this purpose. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified by jihost will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in account closure.
4.4 Account Ownership
Your jihost account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, traded, or otherwise assigned to any other person. jihost reserves the right to close and void any account that has been transferred or is operated by someone other than the registered account holder.
5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jihost account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jihost will never ask you for your password through any channel.
You must notify jihost immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jihost will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your account during such investigation. jihost shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

6 Deposits & Payments
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jihost accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to minimum deposit amounts and processing times as published on the platform: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The list of accepted payment methods may change at jihost's discretion. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
6.2 No Third-Party Deposits
Deposits on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited. You must not use a GCash or bank account registered in another person's name to fund your jihost account. Where jihost identifies a third-party deposit, the deposit may be reversed, and the account subject to further review.
6.3 Currency
All transactions on the jihost platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment method processes transactions in a different currency, conversion is applied at the rate determined by the relevant payment provider. jihost is not responsible for currency conversion rates or fees applied by third-party payment providers.
6.4 Failed or Reversed Transactions
jihost is not liable for deposits that fail to reach the platform due to errors by the payment provider, insufficient funds in your source wallet or account, or technical issues beyond jihost's control. 7 Withdrawals
7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw
Withdrawals of Real Money Funds may only be processed after: (a) your KYC verification has been completed and approved; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) your account is in good standing with no active investigation for fraud or Prohibited Conduct.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods

8 Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by jihost are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
8.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. 9 Betting Rules
All bets placed on the jihost platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or market, as published within the game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome or betting result, the rules published within that game or market at the time the bet was placed shall govern.
jihost reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted as a result of a system error or manifest error in the published odds or game outcome; (b) there is evidence that the bet was placed in connection with Prohibited Conduct; or (c) the underlying event has been subject to irregular activity that may compromise the integrity of the result.
In the event of a system or technical failure that interrupts a gaming session, jihost will use all available data to reconstruct the game state and resolve the session fairly. Where this is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your jihost wallet.
10 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jihost platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of any balance held in the account (where permitted by PAGCOR regulation), and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one jihost account;
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or KYC information;

12 Intellectual Property
All content on the jihost platform, including but not limited to the jihost brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to jihost and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any jihost content without prior written authorisation from jihost.
Game titles, software, and content provided by third-party game developers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and others) are licensed to jihost by the respective developers and are subject to those developers' intellectual property rights. Your use of any game on the jihost platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights in or to the game.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jihost's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the jihost platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to jihost in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jihost shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (c) service interruptions caused by Force Majeure Events; (d) acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game developers, or telecommunications providers; or (e) any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that has subsequently been updated or corrected.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jihost's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by jihost's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jihost; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
The jihost platform is provided "as is" and "as available." jihost does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jihost makes no representations about the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
14 Dispute Resolution
14.1 Initial Complaints
Any complaint relating to your jihost account or a bet outcome must first be submitted to jihost customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. jihost will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days of receiving all information required to investigate the complaint.
14.2 PAGCOR Referral

14.3 Arbitration
Any dispute not resolved through the foregoing process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in Makati City, Metro Manila, in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15 Amendments
jihost reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the jihost platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a change is required immediately by law, PAGCOR direction, or to address a security threat, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the jihost platform and request closure of your account before the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the jihost platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause in Section 14, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, for any matter not subject to arbitration.
These Terms shall not be interpreted to confer any rights on any person who is not a party to this Agreement. The failure of jihost to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
